At NAVEE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any high-performance product doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
